Dog Cleanup Management - Dog Poop Scooping

Our dog poop service is a one-time visit as needed, or a scheduled regular service once every month, or for more pickups on a weekly basis. With pet waste removal starting as low as $12 per visit, there are no reasons why you shouldn’t leave this dirty task to someone else.

Initial 1st Time Clean Up

If there was no previous waste pickup for 2 weeks or more, before starting our service. If you have 1 or 2 smaller dogs, initial cleanup fee may be waived or reduced. First pooper scooper cleanup $39 for one dog, $48 for 2 dogs, $58 for 3+ dogs.. Following the initial cleanup, standard low rates for continuous scheduled cleanup apply. For more dog Cleanup Rates >

Our office will contact you for the Cleanup Visit, same-day or the day before with a 2-Hour arrival window for pooper scoop.

Monthly Plans Policy

Paid 1 month forward. The day your service starts your monthly payment is due before the scooping will begin. If your balance is not current and paid, we may pause service.

Dog poop service: If you choose to cancel your service, we require a 7 day notice as well. If less than 7 days, you will still be charged for that week's pick up. 

Holidays: If your dog poop scooping lands on a holiday, then your scoop will be done either the day before or the day after. This is up to our discretion, and we will notify you if your pick up day is altered. 

Our guarantee

If we can't see the waste, we can't pick it up. If your grass may be tall, covered in leaves, we cannot guarantee a completed pick up. 

Scheduled day

Unattended Dogs in Yard: Our staff at OverDooPoo will not be permitted to enter a yard if the dogs are outside, unattended or have access to dog doors. This is for the safety of our scooper staff. 


Locked fence or gates

If your gate is locked, we will not hop the fence or enter the grounds. Please keep it unlocked, leave the combination, or key on scheduled day. We will make sure it's locked when we leave. Our staff is not allowed to hop your gate or fence per policy.

Late payment

If payment is more than two weeks behind, your servicing subscription will be interrupted or discontinued until the account has been paid in full. We understand that "life happens", so please be sure to communicate with us to work out a plan in case you do become behind. 

Weather Policy

If the waste, grass or landscape is wet or we cant see it due to leaves etc., it cant get scooped.

Rain  or wet- Scooping will be rescheduled. 

Severe wind - Scooping may be rescheduled.

Cold forecast - Temps under 5 Scooping may be rescheduled.

Heat forecast - Scooping may be rescheduled. 

Snow - Scooping will be rescheduled

If the gate entry is blocked by snow or broken, our staff can not enter.
